McCain camp kicks off the day with a morning media call with Sen. Kyl, former CIA Director James Woolsey and senior policy advisor Doug Holtz-Eakin "to discuss Obama's 'Dr. No' energy policy."

Kyl: Obama has  "very negative approach" and a "mantra of 'no we can't'"

Holtz-Eakin: Obama is "driven by partisan politics."

Woolsey: Battery prize "not something Senator Obama or anyone else should be making fun of."
