The New York Senator thanks energized crowd in San Juan, Puerto Rico for giving her a win Sunday.

"I see you and I hear you and I will always stand up for you."

Makes direct appeal for fundraising during speech, touts her popular vote math. Says neither she or Obama will have the number needed to claim nomination after Tuesday.
