The Arizonan responds to pushback from Thursday comments that troops have "drawn down to pre-surge levels" in Milwaukee presser.

Says troops have drawn down and continuing to draw down to pre-surge levels, adding "those are the facts as I've stated it."

"My judgment has been very clear on this issue.... Clearly I was right about the surge. I was correct in saying that we could still win in Iraq and I'm proud of my record there."

Comes after Obama camp questioned McCain's judgment on Iraq, pointed out that troops are not at pre-surge levels yet.
