McCain Maintains He Didn’t Misspeak on Troop Levels

The Arizonan responds to pushback from Thursday comments that troops have "drawn down to pre-surge levels" in Milwaukee presser. Says troops have drawn down and continuing to draw down to pre-surge levels, adding "those are the facts as I've stated it." "My judgment has been very clear on this issue.... Clearly I was right about the surge. I was correct in saying that we could still win in Iraq and I'm proud of my record there." Watch video above.
