All three networks led with Scott McClellan’s book “What Happened.”

On MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Obama strategist Axelrod predicted “a pretty clear verdict” after Tuesday’s primaries. “We want to get on with it, and I think most Democrats will want to get on with it.”

On the McClellan book, said it’s “not that newsworthy that the administration engaged in a deceptive PR blitz.”

Also on “Joe,” Florida Gov. Crist said VP talk did not come up at McCain’s ranch over the weekend. Was coy when asked if he wants the job, saying he wants to be governor of Florida. Also on “Fox and Friends.”

Clinton strategist Wolfson said the race is “not over by a long shot,” repeated Florida/Michigan argument and said Clinton has a better shot against McCain. Doubted claims Obama has superdels waiting “in his pocket.” Asked about the scenario for Clinton dropping out, said “the scenario is for victory.”
