Candidates’ Fundraising Disputes May Soon Be Heard


With the approval of three new members to the FEC, the panel now has a quorum capable of ruling on a series of complaints about fundraising by various presidential candidates.

Nominees had been stalled for months because Dems objected to one of Bush’s appointments to the six-person panel.
