Three Former SEC Heads To Endorse Obama

WSJ: Bush-appointee William Donaldson, Clinton-appointee Arthur Levitt and Reagan-appointee David Ruder plan to announce they're backing Obama Wednesday.

Three release statement along with former Fed Chair Paul Volcker who endorsed in January saying Obama would take a "reasoned approach" to "balanced regulatory reform."
