The Illinois Senator points to Indiana GOP icon Richard Lugar as "one of the finest senators that we have" while on the stump in Marion Saturday.

"I want to bring together Republicans and Democrats. I just don't like a certain kind of Republicanism that George Bush and Karl Rove, that they've been peddling over the last seven and half years."

Also says voters want "straight talk and honesty" on economy, accusing Clinton of "double talk" on her vote for revising bankruptcy laws and saying McCain has "no agenda" for working class voters.
