Rep. James Clyburn: Bill Clinton’s Behavior “Bizarre”

The influential House member and South Carolina superdelegate tells the NY Times "black people are incensed" with the former president's comments during the nomination fight. “When he was going through his impeachment problems, it was the black community that bellied up to the bar...I think black folks feel strongly that this is a strange way for President Clinton to show his appreciation.”
