Thursday is viewed as the last chance to orchestrate a Michigan re-vote.

Wednesday, Pennsylvania's Rendell and New Jersey's Corzine write Michigan Gov. Granholm saying 10 donors are willing to privately pay up to $12 million to fund a primary re-vote. Read letter here.

Corzine himself is among the potential donors.

Obama camp responds: "This letter from some of Clinton's biggest campaign contributors eliminates any pretense that Clinton's efforts in Michigan are about anything other than an attempt to bankroll an election..." Full statement here.

Comes after Michigan legislators said Wednesday they are unwilling to back new vote.

Plus: Neutral Michigan Democrat says Obama's refusal to embrace a plan or propose an alternative is blocking a new primary in the legislature.
