McCain's Canal Zone Birth Question Revisited

Being born in a U.S. military installation the Panama Canal Zone is reviving musty debate over requirement that only a "natural-born citizen" can hold the nation's highest office.

McCain camp notes that the question was researched during first presidential bid in '99 and again this time around.
