McCain Pushes Back on DNC Assault Over Financing

Advisers slam DNC argument on media call, says the press "took the bait" by Dean. Also touts McCain's campaign finance record, hits Obama on breaking promises.

Says he legally withdrew from the system Feb. 6, doesn't need permission from FEC to opt out.
