Report: $107 Mil Spent on TV Ads So Far, But Little-Nothing in Super Tuesday States


University of Wisconsin Advertising Project finds Obama spent about $23 mil on ads, Clinton spent $18 million, while Romney spent as much as all of his GOP opponents combined ($29 mil with McCain at less than a third of that).


As of Sunday only Dems had spent money in Feb. 5 states (Romney announced ad buy Thurs.), spending $8 mil (with $3 mil in California alone).
