Read it here.   Release comes after reports of budget crunch: AP says about a dozen senior campaign staffers are forgoing January paychecks.   Giuliani aide tells The Page: "Several members of our staff wanted to work without pay -- including the campaign manager -- as a way to contribute more to our efforts. . . .
