ABC: Jake Tapper and Kate Snow led show with reports from IA. Tapper covered continued feuding among Republicans, including anti-Huckabee phone calls to be made Wednesday night on immigration. Said few people are paying attention to Giuliani in Fla. Snow covered Democrats, including Clinton’s new ad and Edwards’ 527 support.


CBS: Jim Axelrod with Clinton in IA said she’s not expected to directly attack Obama or Edwards any longer, letting the two duke it out themselves. Dean Reynolds’ report on Obama noted his large crowds, included gushing quotes from previously undecided female voters. Campaign Notebook included Edwards door-to-door efforts in NH, Giuliani in Fla, new McCain ad. Jeff Greenfield looked at GOP race from Des Moines, noted that Huckabee, still short on cash, has “outsourced” much of his campaign to the evangelical community.


NBC: Lee Cowan wrapped up the day’s political events — including Huckabee’s hunting trip, Romney’s spat with Huckabee, McCain, and the themes behind Obama, Clinton and Edwards’ closing tours.
