Obama Pool Report Heading Home for Friday, December 5

President-elect home to shower, then to office

While Mr. Obama worked at maintaining his lithe look, your pear-shaped pooler spent quality time at a local coffee shop.

After 70 minutes at the Regents Park gym, the president-elect’s motorcade left the complex at 8:56 a.m.  At 9:00, the press van held at the entrance to the neighborhood while Mr. Obama and his Secret Service detail proceeded to his home.

At 9:24 the Obama motorcade emerged from Greenwood Avenue, and sped its way along scenic Lake Shore Drive, Chicago Police sirens blaring occasionally.  The motorcade pulled into the underground garage at the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building in downtown Chicago at approximately 9:35.

We have a lid until 3:30.
