Giuliani and Clinton Go for It in Iowa

SUNDAY NEW YORK TIMES STORIES: Quietly, Giuliani is ramping up in the Hawkeye State to beat expectations, undercut rivals coming out of Iowa.   Also: McCain reportedly effectively writing off Iowa, and Huckabee and Thompson go at it.   Meanwhile, Clinton will fortify her Iowa efforts, boosting advertising and doubling or tripling her time on the ground, and emphasizing new voters and rural areas.   Bill Clinton launching major push as well.
