Clinton Maintains Lead in AP-Ipsos Poll

National survey taken after debate shows Clinton at 45, Obama 22 (about same margin as last month) and Edwards 12.

GOP numbers remain mostly stagnant: Giuliani 29, Thompson 19, McCain 13, Romney 12, Huckabee 10.

However: Giuliani a strong second choice among conservatives.
